Dr. Bruce Chambers is the sole proprietor of Pennsylvania Psychological Forensics and has over twenty-five years of experience as a clinician and administrator in private and public health organizations serving adults, adolescents and children.  He has conducted hundreds of custody evaluations in Pennsylvania and other states and has held faculty appointments at Elmira College, Penn State University, and the University of North Carolina.  He received his Ph.D. from Cornell University and his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Penn State University.
